Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Product information

Our products are foods made with garlic, shallot, and other ingredients as listed on each product page. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing or consuming.

Allergen and cross-contact

Our products are prepared in a shared kitchen that also handles common allergens, including wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and sesame. While we follow good manufacturing and sanitation practices, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from trace amounts of these allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please take this into account before consuming our products.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; delivery times vary by carrier and destination, and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand your order to the carrier. That said, because our products are packaged in glass, we pack them carefully — if your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@brotherlyprovisions.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are perishable foods, we evaluate returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@brotherlyprovisions.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. We do not accept returns of opened product for reasons other than quality issues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brotherly Provisions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Brotherly Provisions, Brotherly Provisions Chili Crunch, and Brotherly Crunch names, logos, and images — is the property of Brotherly Provisions LLC and may not be used without permission.
